Healthy food, healthy life ... katanya






Since kebelakangan ni my other half is really concerned with his health, his weight, the way he eats and occasionally blame the cook sebab masak yang bagi dia gems .. hahahaha. So lately dia rajin jogging, siap beli buku cookbook diet cara GFCF (gluten free casein free , which dengan Dzai pun I tak dapek nak buat), cookbook on healthy foods and whatsnot.

But well I guess, middle age crisis kot ahaks ... 

Anyway, ku ikutkan je lah rentaknya . Nak jogging pagi2, okay no hal, jogging lah sesorang hihi.. nak tukar cara makan, boleh jer .. only for him, but not for me, ku sayang lemak2 di serata badan ini. hahaha

So semalam apart of nasi goreng salmon (yang digoreng dgn olive oil), I buatkan dia simple salad. Baby butterhead with baby tomato and baby capsicum yang I saute dulu .. vaavavava semua baby. Lepas tu bagi picit Kewpie Roasted Sesame and sandwhich spread sikit. And walnut sikit.

Verdict : yang kecik dua orang tu pun layan salad ... ahdik pun dah pandai, bila nampak jer, "ayur".
